Helping People Rediscover Their Voice and Potential

PSYCHOLOGIST. COACH. SPEAKER. AUTHOR.

I help people rediscover their voice, rebuild their strength, and become who they were created to be.

After losing my voice and being told I would never speak again, I chose to believe my story wasn’t over. Over a 12 year journey, I found my voice again, first in writing, and now in speaking and guiding others.

With over 28 years of experience in people development, I’ve worked at the intersection of psychology, research, and real-world transformation.

I’ve worked with leading organisations including the Human Sciences Research Council, delivering research, training, and development, and consulting across manufacturing, retail, and service sectors on international best practice.

Today, I am a motivational speaker and accredited Business and Life Coach, helping individuals navigate growth, healing, and change. I also co-founded the Mental Wellness Initiative, advocating for mental wellbeing across all sectors.
